Marinette/cedar river
pre fished this past week then fished the MWS out of Marinette Sunday. Finished 9th trolling crawlers and spinners in 10 to 30 feet of water. Key seemed to be going slow and getting the spinners away from the boat. Heavy NE winds made the bite change significantly in the past week.
There are alot of fish to be caught right now from Marinette north to the cedar river. The fish are scattered in small schools along the shore. When you catch one, turn around and go thru the spot again. You usually get one or two more and then need to move to the next spot. These fish are on the feed now, but move alot because of the shifting warm water temps and roaming baitfish. You will usually catch 2 to 3 fish fast and go two hours before the next 2 or 3, so be patient. Good Luck.
