St. Clair
Spent the weekend on the Lake St. Clair smallie factory. Outstanding body of water and seemingly pretty easy to fish. Depths are pretty uniform, with sea grass covering most of the botton. Find humps or other high spots, or tall weed and cabbage beds, and you will find the smallies. And they aren't picky! Lake is loaded with Perch and also caught a few walleye's. Didnt get a chance to target the Ski's, but will be back to do so. Water temp was 71-74, and we fished from 12-18'. More playing than fishing this trip, but this is obviously an amazing fishing lake!
