Beaver Dam River

Any eyes biting yet under the am or in the river? water still looks low!

The Dam is wide open!! I took my dog for a walk around the river today and saw a few crappie and one pretty big walleye! I just moved to the river and I have been walking down there everyday looking for fish and this is the first time I have seen anything.

All fish where swimming down river which leads me to believe fish fall over the dam and do not run up from koshkonong like everyone says. But maybe I am wrong.

walleye fishing should be on right now.

Also went to lowell dam today and caught some butter bass on twister tails.

Were you by the dam? has anyone been out there fishin? Fished here lots growing up but havent been since, always caught a few crappies above and below the dam...

Beaver Dam river is still producing some walleye and lots of small pike. Caught 2 pike today both around 24 inches. Also small walleye and a few bass. Had a large musky on that I missed right at the shore. Fish have been biting on minnows in the river and twister tails just under the dam. Caught a 30 inch pike last night in the long stretch of river that runs through town.

Best day ever on the river! Fished all over between fox lake and beaver dam. This was my wifes first musky. Also pictured is our son leo and unborn son Taurin (not pictured)

Heard another guy caught a 38 inch musky right next to the water treatment plant off of davis street.
