Hello,
I'm new to "bigfish". Love reading posts about Milwaukee River fishing. I'm interested in fishing for smallies mostly, but love fishing in general and I'm going to start fishing the Milwaukee R. this fall.
I was looking over a map of trout streams on the DNR website and saw one at the Milwaukee and Ozaukee county border, in Bayside on the Milwaukee side.
My question(s):Does this stream/creek have a name? Have any of you fished it and are there any access points to get on it? It's so close to L Michigan, does it produce well?

Just curious,
Jim 'Riverwalker'

I have heard all streams that run into Lake get some steelhead. They are really small though so the fish move up quickly after rain and then back out quickly...so probably first day after rain is best I would guess.

Sorry for posting to this thread so late, but that stream listed is Fairy Chasm Creek. It does get a decent run of salmon and trout, nothing like most of the creeks/rivers listed though. I would try to use Google Maps to find a place to go off at. I have never fished it myself, but I have heard of others fishing it.
